Visa & Residency
What types of visas can you process?

How long does a Golden Visa application take?
Golden Visa processing typically takes 2 to 4 weeks depending on application completeness and government processing times. We handle the entire process from eligibility assessment through to visa stamping. Contact us on WhatsApp for an assessment of your specific case.
Can you help with Emirates ID renewal?
Yes, we handle Emirates ID applications, renewals, and replacements. The process is straightforward and typically completed within 3 to 5 business days. You will need your current ID (or police report if lost), passport copy, and visa page copy.
Business Setup
What is the difference between mainland and free zone?
Mainland companies operate under Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) and can trade freely within the UAE market. Free zone companies operate within designated zones with benefits like 100% foreign ownership and tax exemptions, but may have restrictions on direct trade within the UAE mainland market. We can help you choose the right option based on your business needs.
How long does it take to set up a company?
Company formation timelines vary by type. Mainland companies typically take 5 to 10 business days, while free zone companies can often be set up in 3 to 7 business days depending on the specific free zone. These timelines include trade licence issuance but not bank account opening, which is a separate process.
Do you handle corporate tax registration?
Yes, we assist with UAE corporate tax registration with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA). This includes TRN (Tax Registration Number) application, filing deadline guidance, and ongoing compliance support. All businesses meeting the revenue threshold are required to register.
Documents & Process
What documents do I typically need?
Required documents vary by service, but common requirements include a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity), passport-sized photos, current visa copy, Emirates ID copy, and service-specific documents. Check the individual service page for detailed requirements, or message us on WhatsApp for a personalised checklist.
Can I submit documents via WhatsApp?
Yes, all document submissions are handled through WhatsApp. Simply photograph or scan your documents and send them to us at +971 4 342 4117. We will verify completeness and quality before proceeding with your application. Original documents may be required for certain government processes.
